Subject: Sugaree and Ramble On...
Summer and early Fall '93 were great times for both of these songs. This show is no different. The leader of the band is on this night (musically and vocally - for the time)...which always bodes well for the rest of the boys.

Try 9-10-93 (Richfield) for another (perhaps even more so) thunderous Ramble On Rose.

Nice recording, thanks gentlemen. Solid show overall with some nice climactic highlights.

i was 10th row center- had a great time!
I heard a rumour that jerry proposed to Deborah Koombs this night- can't verify it, but there are a lot of songs revolving around love, no? lol
anyway the sugaree was the highlite for me, classic climactic jerry with the fast strummed triads and rapid 16th's. Man i had fun this night.

Subject: Bobby solos (sort of)
during Ramble on Rose. Very unusual. Very hot Promised Land and Foolish Heart versions. Jerry is 'on' all night. Sounds of annoying touchheads in the audience. Such was the 90s.

Subject: wow
this is one of those unheralded gems of 93 - just for a sample DL the ramble on rose or the sugaree and listen to jerry just WAIL on the sugaree and bust out a whole horn section on Ramble on rose...

this one was my first show
and i was so psyched! we got
these cheap seats behind the
stage and my friends were
yelling at me cause i wasn't
dancing.but i was totally cool
with just focusing on what billy
and micky were doing.a lot of
folks say the show a couple of
nights later(the night they
opened with help-slip!-frank??)
was better but when i listened
to it i was a little
disappointed.don't get me
wrong it was a good show but
i thought this one was better
(jamming wise and playing wise
except for ship-o which is a little
painful.)on this one you
can hear them play around with
some songs just little things
like the "hundred verses of
ragtime"part in ramble on rose
bobby is kinda soloing in the
backround.and
i think the aud. sounds great.
try it on for size!!!!!
